    Canon Power Shot S 30
I have a Canon Power Shot S 30. My problem is that it cuts off the top and bottom when printing a 4x6 print. I believe this is called the "aspect ratio". My question is does anybody know how to change this in the camera to avoid this from happening.

    Thanks

    Don't think it's possible
You're right about the aspect ratio. The proportions of an S30 image are more square than a 4x6 print so in order to fill the print, a crop is necessary. How are you getting these printed? Are you taking your card to a lab or using an inkjet attached directly to your camera? The reason I ask is that there are two simple solutions. The easiest would be to find a printer than can print with no crop. That would leave borders on two sides, but you'd have the whole image. The other solution is to use your computer to crop the image to fit or add borders to fit 4x6. That's what I'd do. Just make sure you make a copy of the original file and crop that instead of the original. You don't ever want to make changes to your original file.
