Camera Remote? recommendations??

So I don't know which Remote i should get. I'm looking for something cordless. Its just for self photos, Taking a family photo, and other things one might need a remote for.
I own a Canon rebel XS and 7d. Don't know if that comes into play.
Any recommendations??

I believe the 7D uses the same plug as the 40D but you should double check before ordering. Not sure about the XS. I know my Rebel uses a different plug than the higher end models but I don't know what the XS uses. I remember seeing a wireless remote that had an adapter so you can use it on cameras with different style plugs but I don't remember where I saw it.
