camera not working

Hi all,
I accidentally dropped my camera. After turning on the camera the ready light comes on but nothing seems to work. Is this a minor problem that I can take care of myself. Also the lens which was protruded before I dropped the camera does NOT retract if I turn the camera off. What is it I am missing. Appreciate someone shedding light on this. It's a Kodak DX 6340.

Almost 100% sure you can not take care of it yourself. Too many intricate parts and delicate tolerances for lens alignment, etc. Call them and see how much serice costs. Unfortunately, it will most likely cost as much as a new, better camera will. Call and find out.
