high shutter speed budget camera

Dear Experts,

I want to buy a medium budget camera (less then $200).
My preference is high shutter speed. I used a camera using that if am taking a running fan, the photo will look like fan is not running.

I want a camera like that.

Can you please suggest me some good cameras.

I've never had luck with fast shutter speed with any camera other than my DSLR.

The recent superzooms might barely fit both your budget and needs.

You may have to look at the digital SLR's (single lens reflex) cameras which are incomparably better than any other camera at freezing action. You will pay a lot more than $200, though.
