Best camera for Closeups.

I am new to this forum, hope to find it helpful.
I am looking for camera to make closeup pictures of static products, to use on the webpage.
I do own Sony P92 4mpix, but most of the time the pics are not so good.
Probadly some of the cameras are suited for this..
Also, whatr should be the light situation?

Product shots? Get a Nikon D70 body and the 60mm micro Nikkor AF lens if you want to go digital. You can get as close as you must.
Try bouncing the light from a flash off the ceiling, to start.

The Nikon is out of my price range. What other brands are good for closeups? Is the Sony CyberShot good to use for this type of application?
