Hi everyone

Had a Sony HC40 for a few months now and been using it on the handy cam setting so everything is automated.

Tried to use it on the 16:9 widescreen setting, but have had to have handy cam turned off to use this.

This works great for a lot of things, but in some situations I do not get good quality as the location is too light or too dark. So I have to switch back to handy cam for these.

Then the problem is that I can't burn both 16:9 and the handy cam 4:3 to the same DVD so have to make 2 separate disks.

Is it possible to use all the niceness of handy cam, but on 16:9 widescreen, or how do I set up the un-handy cam mode to use all the handy cam settings. Checked in the menu and they all seem to be on automatic already.
