    Olympus OM-D E-M1 Studio Samples & Gallery

For those of you who don't know, I was at the Olympus OM-D E-M1 launch in NYC a few weeks ago (hands-on E-M1 intro and video) and they sent me home with a camera for review. I've been shooting a lot with the E-M1 and yesterday I also got controlled studio test photos photos, for those who want to compare to the E-M5 and other cameras. Here are links to the E-M1 studio tests and my E-M1 gallery:

The surprising thing to me is that the OM-D image quality is very close to that of Canon's APS-C sensor cameras. That's great for Olympus - but it's not great at all for Canon. Canon really needs to step up the image quality of their APS-C sensors.

Is anyone here planning to buy an E-M1? After using it for a few weeks, I want one, again. I have to send the review camera back now and I am really going to miss it. It's very, very tempting to just buy one. The new 12-40mm f/2.8 Pro zoom is great, too. I've been waiting a long time for Olympus to make that lens.

I am looking at getting my first DSLR, and I'm a long time Olympus fan. The new OM-D E-M10 has also got my interest. Any thoughts?

A great camera, but like all Oly products, the deep menu system is time consuming to get to know. I would have bought the Fuji system except I had 3 lenses for the Oly m43 already

Ok, I'm a simple soul. I am currently considering the Nikon D750, Sony a7rII, Sony A6000, and the Olympus OM-D M1. I have been leaning toward the Olympus but I HATE difficult menus. Is it significantly more obtuse than the Sony or Canon menus?
