    Carl Zeiss Heaven

I have really been busy latley but yesterday was slow for a Friday. I haven't had much seat time with the Zeiss 24mm but I can certainly tell you I wouldn't complain if someone super glued it onto my NEX.
This lens really brings out the Sony 24mpix sensor, the colors, contast and bokeh are outstanding. I read a review somewhere that mentioned CA. I haven't seen any signs of it yet. Under the Lightroom Loupe I just don't see it. John add this one to the review section.
This one is getting 5 stars....

PS, The Plustech 7600i as well. I had a member email me yesterday asking about scanning negatives....

Wonderful photos - as usual Greg.

You have some really nice equipment. However, as we all know "it's the photographer" that makes the shot.

Oddly, I took a very similar picture of my trusty, old keyboard when I first unwrapped the Sigma 24mm f/2.8 Super-Wide II lens I got from a used equipment forum. I didn't get to it until about 9pm, so this was taken in a dark room.

I need a lot of digital darkroom practice, as well as general photography practice, and this lens doesn't come close to the CZ 24mm for the NEX, but I still like the picture in spite of its softness.

I think this is exciting news! It gives me a LOT of hope for the future of M4/3 - along with the fact that Olympus seems to be doing better these days with their financial problems - and a new camera on the horizon.
