Canon 300D verses 40D

Hi again,
You guys are a wealth of knowledge. Thanks for your replies. I hav a Canon 300D SLR digital and have the opportunity to purchase a 40D SLR Digital. Is there enough differences in the 2 cameras to warrant me making the cahnge? ay I add that I am purchasing the 40D body only and will be using my existing lenses.

I have the 300D and a couple 1D's.

The 300D I grew out of right away. I'm a hobbiest and it just didn't have any room to grow.

When I'm ready to get rid of my 1Ds a 40D would be the camera of my choice. Just check out the specs. It blows the 300d out of the water and there is no comparison imo.

I'm right there with jeta. the 40d blows the 300 out of the water, I used the 300d for 1 year and was so happy when I finally switched it out for an original 1d.

Remember all the whining I did about that camera my first year here? I sounded worse then my kids. lol
