    A few weeks ago I sent in my K-M D7 body to K-M for repair--Sony is supposed to be taking over but its now apparently lost in limbo--beware!

    Hopefully your case isn't the norm. Sometimes people do have bad luck with service or products. I'm hoping that Sony's KM service will be good.

    Hmm, I have a friend that works for K-M, I'll have to call her and see if I can get any information from her about what's going on.

    I found a phone number for K-M, and a person there referred me to another K-M number. With a bit of my personal info, the person helping me was able to locate my D-7 body and give me an update on the repair. I was treated very well, in my opinion, and am grateful for this company keeping faith with its customers.
