I agree with you. My experience with their sales people and customer service was similar to yours. They are professional, knowledgeable - and very friendly. I would certainly buy from them. I was going to purchase my G10 from them, but before they got it in another dealer had received it. I felt badly to be honest because they went out of their way to help me. However, I will keep singing their praises!
