I did a little checking and did not find out any helpful info on them. When you say you can get a kit for this price and don't list what is in the kit we don't have enough information to compare with others on the price. I can't advise either for or against them due to lack of information.

Unless you can find some positive reviews or find out more info about them I think the safe thing to do is choose a dealer that has been recommended and not take a chance, Jeff

I could find no reviews good or bad either.
Looking at uscamera.com it appears they are a parts and equipment dealer and don't sell cameras regularly I could not find the deal you mentioned.
I did find this http://uscamera.com/graflex23.htm and was impressed that they didn't hype the camera and even said what was wrong with it.
I like knowing about a place that sells replacement parts.
