International Paypal sellers/stores

Hello everyone,
I am glad finally to have a forum account here, cause today I have decided (have saved enough money) to buy a camera, I am planing a Canon 450d, a 30d or in case I will start spending money on food and useless things just a 350d.

What camera I should buy is not my question, what I am trying to find out is where I can buy it from?
The big inconvenient is that I live in Romania and as you probably know, it is not very safe do ship items in this country (especially when we are talking about 400-600 usd). This is why I can't buy a camera from most of the trusted online shops, for ex: amazon.com, buydig.com .. or ebay. I have to mention also that my only payment method is.. Paypal (I am a Paypal verified user).
If anyone can recommend me (cheap if possible) online stores, that are willing to ship international and accept Paypal payments please post it here.

I am also willing to buy a used (but in good condition) camera, if anybody has one for sale (Canon eos 350d, 450d or 30d)

Thanks for the answer. Last night I spent few hours thinking what to do and I have decided do buy a new 350d from a guy in Bucharest for 300usd.
