Has anyone made a purchase from Eoslightingllc.com?

Pardon me, fellow forum users, but I am about to embark on a tiny rant:

I purchased a studio lighting kit from them a few weeks ago and have gotten NOTHING but a bad taste in my mouth.
It took them over 2 weeks to even process my order. TWO WEEKS!
I had made several phone calls, each time leaving a message, and I sent them emails to every email address i could find for them, only to get no response for about 6 days.
Finally, after about 13 calls in 1 afternoon, I got through to someone.

Fast forward: about 3 1/2 weeks goes by and i get PART of my order...3 softboxes, the bulbs, and some extension cords. No light stands.
Several MORE phone calls went unanswered and today i picked up the final box of the order...only 1 light stand was in the box and it has a broken wheel well on it and the wheel was not even in the box.
I spoke to a woman today and told her my trouble and she gave me another email to message and told me that I would be getting a call back soon.

No phone call, no email, and no 2 more light stands.

Bottom line of my story is this: Do not make a purchase from them, as it seems like more of a hassle for them to ship your products than it is to run a successful business.

    I apologize for the rant.
    Have a good day!
