    Angry bestpricecameras.com

    :mad2: I ordered a Fujifilm S5 Pro from bestcameraprices.com for $999.000 with free shipping (Great Deal!!) Later in the day I received an email from Ken saying I needed to call 800-281-1724 ext.283.
    After I was on hold for a while Ken answered and promptly informed me, that if I wanted a “Retail” camera It would cost $1,899. I told him to just send what I ordered, He then got extremely upset AT ME???? Ken said “what did you think???”, when I responded “to be sent what was described, for the price listed” he really got Livid and hung up.
    I’ve done some research and found the B.B.B. is not to happy with them either.

    I don’t understand why the owner isn’t put in jail on fraud charges!!!

    Bestpricecamera is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    From now on, I will research first.

    They got me with a too-good-to-be-true price. They sent me an email to call to confirm. Then they asked which battery I wanted. Tried to charge $199 for a battery that should be included. The price was so good that I told them to send be the camera without battery. I bought a battery for $14. The camera never came. I called them and they told me that it was back ordered. Should be here in 6 to 8 weeks. Offered to cancel order - which I did.
    I am afraid because they have me credit card, but I called my credit card company and they told me not to worry. They will stand by me in case of fraud.

    Be sure to look at the link posted above to the BBB because have dozens of other names.

    If you don't pay for the accessories that should be included, you will not get your product.

    I ordered a Sony a 700 slr camera on 11/25/07 the website www.shopcartusa.com said in stock so I clicked on the link and it sent me to http://www.bestpricecameras.com I ordered the camera for $599 and it included other promotional items. I called about 1 week later to find out the status of my order and they said it was on back order. I assumed because of the big after thanksgiving sale they were out temporally. They said they would upgrade me to free overnight because of that. I asked the man if I would receive it prior to 12/24/07 and he said yes. I waited a few more weeks and called again to check the status of my order and was very disappointed with the information given as well as the very poor customer service I received. They now said that they don’t know when they will get more in and whenever they get them they will ship. I asked if it would arrive prior to 12-24-07 and they said most likely not they don’t have any on order and don’t know when they will order more. I tried to explain to the horrible customer service rep Lloyd (800-281-1724 x235) that shoppinhcartusa said they have them in sock now at the time I ordered. He had no explanation for me he eventually hung up on me. Then he called the phone number on the order form and got my 12-year-old sister on the phone and said very rudely why did you hang up on me? I guess he thought it was me and that I hung up on him, once Lloyd realized it was not the person that he was speaking to originally he left a message to call him back and I did. I have never in my life experience such deplorable customer service. He was very rude and I asked him several times to speak to me nicely and to not raze his voice and he said if I don’t like the way he is talking to me not to buy from new York. I remained calm and tried to explain that I was trying to resolve this situation it would make no sense for me to hang up. I asked him 5 times for his manager he refused I even asked for another customer service rep he also refused that then he said you thought I hung up on you before now I am and he did. And of course by now the customer service line was closed so I beg you not to buy from6this company they suck!!!!!
