I am thinking to buy one Nikon 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6G ED-IF AF-S DX VR Lens
and it is listed $689.95 on their site as of 7/31/2006.
Does anyone know where the lens were made? Anyway I can get one made in Japan?

The 2nd best price I can found for this lens on Internet is from
HotBuysElectronics.com
and I've read some good reviews about this stie at this forum.
