anybody buy from landtelectronics.com are they for real?

does any body know anything about http://www.landtelectronics.com/ just found the website and they have crazy low prices are they for real did anybody out there buy something by them give me some feedback!! quick

i bought some equipments for my company.
I called before place order to verify "brand new" and "in stock". A person name Frank confirm that. And even till today, 12/19, the order is not completed. (order placed 7/16/07)
I'm still struggling to get refund, cancel back order, return not brand-new and late-arrived units, and none can get their approve. Their sales answer phone real quick, but when I asked for customer service or manager, I was put on hold for 10~20 minutes. :cryin:

I've filed claim on BBB over NY. And wondering how to bring them to court. :confused:

watch out for hotbuyselectronics.com also. All my order confirmations of landtelectronics.com were from hotbuyselectronics.com e-mail address. :mad2:
