Amazon give me a break.

After waiting weeks for my E-M5 kit with the 12-50mm Amazon has them listed as "In Stock" as long as I buy one with a bunch of things I don't need increasing the price $500.00.
Come on Amazon you can do better than this. You should take care of the loyal Olympus shooters. This is not an entry level camera and the biggest part of customers buying the E-M5 don't need all of that extra gear. Give me a break......
This is just plain wrong. Take care of your pre orders first.

I checked and your right. The only ones in stock come with the stuff you don't need and all the body only ones are out of stock or say they ship in one to threee months.

Terry is right in that Amazon does not sell or ship you this item. This is something you have to verify EACH and EVERY time you look at potential purchase. A few years back I was looking at something listed on Amazon and it changed either 3 or 4 times in one day who the seller would be. This is why I say check EVERY TIME who you will be purchasing from because it can change each time you pull up that item, Jeff

Mine is coming from Amazon/Adorama. It may not be coming from Amazon but it looks bad for them, it's on their site. Adorama had a couple of kits listed as in stock a few days ago and were gone in seconds and me with a pre order from the same vendor, Adorama. I wonder how they possibly could list some as in stock if they had pre orders on the books. I wasn't the only one that saw it.
I wish they would police it a little better.
