any suggestions for the minimum mega pixel camera for commercial use.

What does "commercial" mean? For years people have been making well-selling prints off of 2.75 megapixel D1Hs and similar cameras.

BTW, megapixels don't indicate quality, so don't buy a camera on megapixels alone.
