I agree, very interresting. Even as little fotographer the pictures are yours and you easily can add a personal watermark to it.. of course it takes bigger compagnies to hunt down those abusing your pictures...

This will become a pretty interresting case to follow :)

Definitly since it's almost an defimation case.. though... public figures can't be defamed!
