Since there was confusion about deleting posts, I posted this to explain to everyone about editing and deleting.

Members have permissions to edit their posts in a 24 hour period. No delete permissions are set for members. Moderators can delete posts if necessary. If anyone has concern of a particular post of their own, and want it completely removed, just let a moderator know via pm or email.

I posted the original message as a response to people who were confused about whether they could delete their own posts.

Moderators will not delete unless the author of the post requests their own post be removed. The editing feature should give everyone a chance to take care of most problems/mistakes anyway.

There may be the rare instance of an inappropriate photo (something I've yet to see) that needs to be removed. Other than that, moderators will not be deleting.

I've seen disturbing photos, but not on this site. So I guess the goat issue was before the new VB. Yuck! I can't and don't want to imagine the photo.
