Good eye! I wonder how many will actually see the perception sign without a hint?
That its reversed due to reflection only adds to the impact.

I like it. The only minor "glitch" might be that the rear window(?) seems to be open or something and it cuts off part of the woman in red.

Danube - I like the idea and your execution of it. The only negative I see here is, the actually subject matter isn't all that interesting. That hurts the shot a lot, imo. -GB

How did you get the shot and not get a reflection of yourself in teh windows?

Frog, I tried it reversed (with "Perception" straightened) and it did lose the effect of discovering a reflection so left it this way.

Canonfan, as the woman in red appears to be wearing her pants in a bunched up fashion anyway, I can live with any other glitches regarding her dress!

GB1, I would have to strongly disagree. This is a conceptual image. After the brain has balanced to the fact of what is being viewed, then that "perception" is rewarded with the recognizance of the "Perception" sign. So, conceived in that fashion, the image stands on its own. The image may only be a parlour trick and definitely not an award winner but a strong subject within the reflection would take away from the intent of the image rather than add to it. I don't believe you are giving enough credit for my having "perceived" this shot (or as you critics often put it, "seen" the shot).

Danube - The "Perception" sign being there is nice, but personally I don't see it being a significant addition to the image. I would have to disagree with you that a strong subject would take away here. It could take away from a type of shot where the people walking by, indifferent to the surroundings, being in a hurry, (perhaps like a city scene) etc add a significant mood to the photograph. I'm just not getting that here.. it just seems to be missing something, imo. I'm not really sure when looking at it what the intent is? Maybe others do, though. The reflection is good btw.
