I love the composition, pose, and water quality in #1 but I really like seeing the tail in #2.

I've never heard of long tailed ducks. However, when I first looked at these photos, I doubted they were pintails. I've seen pintails before, and none of them had these colors.

Thanks for correcting me. I was told they were pintail ducks by a bird watcher. I guess I should have asked a duck watcher. LOL
