View Full Version : What are the differents between A100 and A200? yo12 02-19-2008, 09:45 AM Hi I wonder which to buy: A100 kit with 18-70; 75-300, 827$ Or A200 kit with same lanses. Thanks Canuck935 02-20-2008, 02:15 PM Well, if I had to pick one I would pick the a200. The a200 has faster auto-focusing than the a100, plus improved SSS (according to Sony), a bit larger screen, and better high ISO noise control. Maybe instead of those two lenses you may want to go with the 18-250 instead. I've seen a lot of good comments about that lens. The 18-70 kit lens is decent, but I'm not a fan of the 75-300. I'm curious about the new 70-300 G SSM lens though.. I can't wait to see some reviews on it. Or if the 70-300 G SSM is too pricey for you, look for a Minolta 70-210 f/4. They go for less than $200 and will rock your world. Much better than the 75-300. yo12 02-22-2008, 01:18 PM I had the same minolta lense, before it been stolen. How expensive is 18-250? |
