Going off the last post I made about black swallowtail caterpillars...

My "Butterfly Lady" gave my daughter a chrysalis and it emerged this morning!

beautiful photo! Zadies (dd) had got a manarc catapiller my dad found for her and we are keeping it in her huge bug box till it becomes the butterfly

congrats to you all,i wish for a long life,too bad you couldn't track its movement with a gps tracking chip,do these types migrate at all,if so,will they return to the very same place again?.
