Looks like the Juvi Cardinals are finally out-and-about. This one stopped by for a few shots this morning. Soon afterward, it's Dad flew in and chased it off. I heard the tongue-lashing go on in the tree behind my blind, so I think this one may be grounded for a week :) :) :) I'm not sure if this is a juvi-male, or juvi-female. Anyway, enjoy:

Great Captures Bob :) I have a Robins nest that im watching, they hatched 2 days ago , they are in a ackward place to photograph ,i guess i will have to wait till they leave the nest :)

Very nice close ups. Thanks for sharing. The juveniles must be a little too trusting to suit their parents.

Young birds seem less affected by humans being close, but either way these images ROCK.

I'm glad you got some nice shots of them! Our juveniles (cardinals) still act like it begging to be fed but don't look like it anymore.

It is refreshing to see so many new babies out this time of year.
