I am not able to format a 4gb Secure Digital Flash Memory SD Card-brand Elite Pro. Despite multiple attempts to format with the camera, I get a screen stating "memory full". In looking at the card, there is nothing on it.:mad2: I did contact Samsungcamerausa.com, still have had no response. The seller suggested reading my device manuel, which I have...several times, NO suggestions, that's why I contacted Samsung!!:rolleyes:

I'm leaving on a trip in a few days...any suggestions, short of getting a new one?? I do have another card, which works fine.

Is this an SDHC card? It sounds like it. Which Samsung camera do you have? Unless you've bought one of the newest generation of cameras, there are only a few that are able to use the SDHC cards. I did a review of the first SDHC card introduced and had to get a camera from Canon just to be able to use the card. I would recommend trying a 1 or 2GB normal SD card to see if that works.
