We had a better than average sunset last night. A lot of distractions around so a 300mm shot with the first image and 600mm with the 2nd and 3rd.
Full frame. I often wondered how large the sun/moon would be with a 600mm uncropped on a 1.6 APS-C imaging sensor.

Good Captures Loupey , i find that Spring sunset`s are the most color full of all the seasons. Guess theres not to many left for this year, snow is melting here today and were getting a little rain.

That middle image is one of he best 'sun' images I have ever seen!!!

I definitely don't recommend aiming a telephoto directly at the sun (even a setting one). Had to underexpose like crazy for this shot. Didn't look like that in the viewfinder :p

All great but my favourite is the last one, subtle but the birds give it just enough impact.
