geeks.com has this camera on sale for $99 after $50 rebate. It's 8 meg pixel (Real Digital VC8100Z), and has 4x zoom, and all my features that my Sony DSC-P100 5 meg camera has. Does anyone know if the Real Digital VC8100Z takes good quality pics?

I've never heard of that camera company. In this case, I believe the rule to follow is, "You get what you pay for." One hundred dollars for an 8-megapixel camera from a no-name company is too much. If you want to buy an inexpensive digital camera, take a look at the sub-$200 cameras from Canon, Kodak, Fujifilm, Sony, and other established digital camera makers. There's really good stuff available now and those are companies with a known reputation. My advice is to pass on this one.
