These are my best titmice to date (a lot of them around today for practice :) ), no post processing has been done except for the crop and re-size.

I'm guessing this is a hairy woodpecker and not a downy. My reasons for thinking this are due to the missing dark bars on the tail feathers, which the downy has, and due to it's size... it was pretty big. I hope Paulnj will correct me if I'm wrong.
The images were a little over-exposed, which I tried to fix.

I don't know if you can tell or not but this woodpecker had a protective membrane covering its eye from the snow (it would open and close the membrane).
