Technically the white on the stone is overpowering the picture and needs to be burnt in a it to dull it down. The tree was overworked with a dodge tool or something showing an obvious halo around it. It almost looks like it was pasted in from another picture. Asthetically - for me the stones are too close and overpower the image and makes the tree pale into insignificance in the image even though it jumps up and bites you because of the colour. All in all the two make the photo unbalanced and I would suggest cropping a section of sky out of the photo so that the top is an 1" above the tree. I would also tone down the colour of the tree and even consider B&W for this photo. Sorry for ripping this apart but can't figure out a way to soften the blow.
