I did not have a camera this year because I sold my DSLR a few days before christmas and shipped it off, not giving any thought as to where the christmas pics would come from. When I got home I dug out my lil P&S Powershot and found that the only CF card I had left was dead...:(

Dogs name is Gingerbread. The girls have a toy dog they've named Gingerbread that they have been dragging around for about a year.

So far so good, but we have to take her out every 10 minutes. And when she wakes up, she acts like she's on crack. Crazy crazy

Doesn't look very big to me. Is Gingerbread a 12 or 14 inch beagle? Doesn't really matter, very cute puppy. I bet the whole family was delighted.

This is my daughter and our cat, who was high on catnip at the time. (The cat, not the daughter). Best gift was a Sigma 70-200 f2.8. Yeah! Guess I have to learn how to really take pictures now. No excuses. This was taken with a Nikkor lens - still getting used to the weight of the Sigma (thank goodness for my sturdy mono!).

Here is much of how my Christmas morning went.

The first two pics were taken around 3:00am to 3:20am. Both my babies have rotten colds so haven't been sleeping at night.
Finally went to bed at 6am and was up again at 10am.

The "after dinner" look was just my 20 year old and 14 year old daughter's clowning around lol.
My children are so much fun to photograph.

I didn't manage to get pics of my other 3 children. There was too much going on, too much mess and not enough room! I will get a family portrait one day!

All pics were taken with my Christmas pressie from my hubby...my new 17-40mm F/4 L lens :)

The muffler was $134 plus $16 shipping from Summit Racing (Borla XR-1 race) and to have the custom Y-pipe made and 3" piping to the muffler was $125 from Muffler Tech in Sacramento.

Just a few from our Christmas, which we celebrated in a cabin at Lake Arrowhead. I'm loving my new 50mm EF 1.8!

I'll get another bike next summer, right now I'm trying to save up a first and last on a place of my own since I can't find any decent room mates. I kind of had to get the new exhaust for my car cause I sold the one I had on it and didn't have one on the car for about a week:D

I haven't gotten a chance to test mine out much. I tried taking some pics of my cat but since she is black and doesn't like to sit still they didn't turn out too well. I'll get some good ones with it this weekend though.

Yes, and you can't beat the price either. The only drawback, of course, is that it is plastic and one has to be very careful not to drop it...well, too late for me. It fell out of our jeep yesterday. Fortunately for me the snow cushioned the fall but that was a close one! :nonod:

The tires are the new Hankook Ventus R-S2, 200 tread wear and stick like glue in the dry but are a little twitchy in the rain. My car is an '89 325i 4 door (E30 chassis code) with an M50 engine swap. The M50 is the engine out of the 92-95 BMW 3 series. I've put a lot of time and money into the car but its pretty close to a point where I can call it done and just be happy driving it. My car is currently rated #3 out of all the E30's, 84-91 and #31 out of all the 3 series BMW's on Car Domain.

Wow I was way off. I don't know BMW's too well and that exh prior to the y-pipe and beefy rear diff was totally throwing me off. Looks like a nice ride. Do you go to Sacramento Raceway? That track has a nice vibe. I need to go back again since my runs were botched by a faulty waste gate solenoid :( I believe I ran a 14.2 @ 95mph which was probably about 1/2 sec & 5mph slower than it should've run. I am currently working on a engine swap myself. My project has taken WAY too long but it's underway full steam ahead. Here's a link to my cardomain although it's in serious need of updating.

Anyways, I didn't take any Christmas pictures, and i'm the only one in the family now with a digital camera.

I've been out to Sac raceway a few times but not with my current set-up. With my other diff that has lower gears I should run mid to low 14's which isn't bad for a N/A 2.5L inline 6. I took out a B20 swapped (2.0L RSX engine) mid '80's Accord a couple weeks ago and he was really surprised he lost:D

Here are some Christmas pics. I have to figure out how to keep the picture quality when resizing. To me these look like total garbage compared to the full size version. How are you all keeping the clarity when resizing? Btw this how is just a few blocks away from home. Here's more info and pics of Santa's house.

Here are a few from our family Christmas. We had all the children home for Christmas Eve and Christmas morning, a first in several years. This was the first time that all the grandchildren had been in the same place at the same time. We had a great time sorry it ended so soon.

#1 My girls all dressed up and ready for bed on Christmas Eve.

I recommend puppy classes right off the bat and crate training. They were the hardest dogs I've ever had to potty train. Bless you! :wink5:

She's been doing pretty well. We bought an egg timer, and set it for 30 minutes. Every time it rings, someone gets up and takes her out. We're improving, the first 2 days it was every 10 minutes.

Well except for the food poisoning I got on the 29th, I had a really good Christmas. The day after Christmas my wife and I flew out to Utah to see my parents & sister and her family, and since my sister didn't know we were coming out to Utah for Christmas they got a great surprise :)

My dad and me spend most of the 27th just driving around, looking for good photo spots. Problem is, with all the snow on the roads, there was no place to pull over to take photos! But I did get a couple in

The other exciting thing we did even though it was a really icy wind and 33 degrees we took my nieces sledding. Well, the "hill" was about 5 feet tall, but because of the snow being really icy, they got some good speed and that hill was just right for them.
