They certainly count! Just about anything fits as long as it's not man-made or people. Genetically enhanced apples even :p

Love the apples - they are crazy sharp. The green on green is nice.


50mm I presume? Is this near the closest range of focus or can you get even closer (without tubes)?

They are all cropped versions. Yes, they were taken using my 50mm and yes I think these are the closest focus I could get on all 3.
I had another little try with my tubes the other day, although I really can't tell which tube I am using due to them having #1, #2 and #3 written on them LOL.
Like I said, they were only cheapies form Ebay (£13 with postage :D )
