Yes it is.

The first thing that hits me is that it's out of focus, at least on my screen. The featureless sky adds nothing to the image, so I would get rid of it altogether.

I can't figure out what your subject is. It could be the folks all huddled on the bench, The running girl, the ref, or the empty bleachers showing that they aren't getting enough support. I'm bad about getting a good subject impact too. It's like, It makes sense to me, so why can't you see it, right?
