I went out in the cold last night to watch the Queen Mary 2 and the Queen Elizabeth 2 embark. Pretty neat show but since I was having to hand hold most shots I got alot of blurry shots. I think some came out alright but I really need some work in low light conditions. Mostly 800x600 pics. Links at bottom.

May I ask what you shot with?

I'm sure you've seen the NY gathering thread at the top of the Viewfinder here. I would've LOVED to have stayed for that show, but I hadn't the time.

These are great.....It may have been cold.....but you managed to capture some great images. I wish I could have been there. Check out the NYC Mini gathering pics above.

We all need practice before we get low light/evening shots.....these are very good IMO.

My 10D with a 70-200 f4L. Most of them were shot off of my balcony. I would have loved to go to the New York gathering but I have been out of touch for a while now. I will have to pay attention so I don't miss the next one.
