Over the weekend I had a parent hire me to photography her son during a game. Got some good action and a lot of him just being a kid and doing what kids do. Here are my favorites from the game.

haha some great captures here. I love #2. All nice and sharp, but the first one looks just a tad softer than the rest. You lost some detail in the second to last shot, with the ball passing. THe pants are blown out. Not one I would keep. But that second shot...it's classic.

These are just wonderful Jim. This mother will get her money's worth for sure. I love this kind of picture they capture not only the enthusiasm of youth but the glory of life it's self. They go way beyond sports pictures. Many of the images of my children's youth that we treasure the most, are this type picture that just seems to capture their spirit as well as their physical image.

Thanks Brent and OT, kids are the greatest. I'm not a big fan of watching or even shooting older youth playing baseball but I can spend all day with the little ones. They are great to watch and photograph. Not as much for the action but for them just begin kids.

Those are great! That mother must be very pleased - I wouldn't be surprised if you got more business from that job.

Thanks OBie, I'm sure hoping so.

If I was the Mom who hired you I'd be thrilled! The hand through the mitt is a crack up!
