This field had no way to shot the game other than behind a fence and I am not that good with Photoshop.
If you get your lens REAL close to the fence with it centered in one of the openings and set your camera to shoot as wide open as possible you can get the fence to be a transparent blur in just part of your frame. Not a perfect solution by any means, but try it. Be ready to pull your camera away from the fence on a foul ball!

If possible, can you shoot closer to the fence? Then you will be able to focus on the subjects and the fence should become much more out-of-focus and less distracting. Also, I wish you weren't behind the players so much. I really would like more of a profile or front view.
