There is potential here and the building need its original sky.
The building looks excellent and I feel a good sky on top of it would make this an outstanding shot. Could you post the original please?

Why do you believe this is not the original sky?

Perhaps I'm guessing wrongly. If it is the original then I think it's the only thing wrong with the photograph.

It is my first attempt at trying to blend exposures. To get the detail in the building (sun over my shoulder) i had to bracket. Behind me it was sunny, with stormy clouds rolling in. Perhaps the adjustment is wrong. I only have the finished copy, and threw away the originals, as I thought they could not stand alone.

I do appreciate your honesty though, and will try to blend better on my next opportunity.

You shot evoked the feeling of ancient ruins until the details in the building revealed a more recent vintage. I like the shot and the effect it gives.
