Welcome to the forum! I love the idea behind shots like this. A couple things I would like to see changes, is a little bit greater depth of field, go get those shells closest to the camera in focus. The horizon line could use a little straightening as well. Keep them coming!

thanks. i have some with the shells close to the lens in focus but this photos was just much more visually appealling to me. i also used a slanted horizon on purpose. i just wanted something that wasn't "typical". what one might see if they had fallen on the ground after being shot.

I actually prefer the crooked horizon. It's just like you said, what a person would see after falling to the ground. Great shot. no pun intended.
