I like the inclusion of the hill/mountain in the first one.Also, the inclusion of the entire reflection i think helps it. The color seems a bit bland, so i did some processing (hope you don't mind) and here is my take. This isn't really my thing, so my 2 cents may be worthless.

the water is nice and bright, but the sky looks flat to me. Try increasing the contrast to bring the sun out a bit, or possibly burn it in. The colors just seem a bit unnatural.
