Hello Everyone
It's been a while since I posted a photograph here.
This one is one of the results from a recent trip to a local graveyard with a bit of selective colouring included.
Would value your opinions on this.
Many Thanks
Tom

This is a really cool picture. Where can I find out how to do selective color?

Hi Tom,
Good shot! The pic depicts a very sad feeling. The green leaves and the stone figure contrast each other and lift the pic to another level.

Lazyday,Knight and Yoyo:
Sorry for not thanking you for your replies before now. I'm glad you like this.
I did the selective colouring in Photoshop and it took me a good while to complete. I not very effecient
at these jobs.

Don't know how i missed this one. ou may not be efficient, but you are effective! Great shot, The only little thing, and it is very minor (maybe due to resizing) is the vine running down the side of the face is a bit sharp looking. However, it doesn't kill it, still think it is great.

Tom,
I think you've done well with this. Comp and framing is good and the use of selective color works well in this. My only nit is i feel the vines running down the side and under the face should be desaturated a bit, but just personal opinion. Well done

Thanks Gary and Payn. I agree with your comments about the vine; didn't honestly notice this until you mentioned it.
