Trying to figure out how I got this blue haze on this picture and how to get rid of it.
It was shot with 20d, sigma 24-70 2.8 and flash fill.
Any help appreciated.

Did you rapidly change temperatures and get condensation on your lens?

The overall colour balance is blue because your subjects are in open shade (under a blue sky) but your camera is set to give a sunlight/flash colour balance. I can't see any trace of your flash fill which would normally have overpowered the natural light with flash-coloured light. (Look at the eyes - no trace of a reflection of the flash unit).
The genarally soft look could be flare. You're shooting into the sun - you might have had the sun shining onto the lens surface, which you didn't see because you were zoomed out to tele.
