Catch light in the eyes makes the picture. To improve it, I would make the lip gloss a shade darker and--most importantly--I would pull back her hair to that her ear and earring were visible. By tral and error I would decide whether a small round pearl ear ring or a hanging ring or a large loop ring is best. Nice shot.
