Not sure this is the best place for this post but I got to start somewhere!

I have just purchased a Hassy pro shade that came with both the 60 and 70 bayonet adapters. I want to adapt this shade to work on my Nikkor lenses, both the 52mm and 72mm filter sizes. Is there an adapter that will work to do this? Or, what other creative ways has anyone else made this work?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Well, you're more than welcome to post your question here, but I think you'll get more responses in the Help Fourm...

I guess the obvious return question would be: why did you buy a Hassy Pro Shade for a Nikon camera? I'm sure there are at least several good shade component systems that would easily adapt to the Nikon's lenses.

Anyway, I don't have a specific answer to how you'll be able to use the two together, but I'm sure someone here does...

You have any DUCT TAPE? :D

being a newbie on these forums I didn't notice the HELP forum...will try that next.

The reason I got the Hassy pro shade is I have a 501 and wanted for it, but also wanted to use it for the Nikkors as well...hope someone can help here.

Duct tape will fix anything!
