Thanks for commenting. This was shot my D70 and my Tamron 28-75mm XR di (f/2.8).
I have been shooting at slower speeds in the past with obvious noise, hence my surprise with this one. I guess that the dark exposure hide the noise (if it makes any sense).

Good shot and you gotta love the color! The lower left part of this photo being rather empty doesn't do much for rest of the shot. Too much negative space perhaps?

Nice choice of complementary color from the photo for the border!

That is just awesome! I especially love the tilt and the colors. I think the large negative space works (but that may be just me). I visualize the rest of the structure -- even though I cannot see it.

Great picture. Love the tilt and the colors are very distinct in it, which makes this picture very unique. I would, however, PS the light objects nearest to the bottom. They seem out of place and not needed. Other then that, great shot and great use of negative space.

I don't mind the tilt at all, and I love the colors! The negative space doesn't bother me one bit, I'm too drawn to the colors to even notice it. Great work.

DRG: I was pondering the possibility to crop the lower part of the frame and present it in a "8x10" ratio. I couldn't figure which one looked better so I kept a conventional ratio.

OldSchool: I like how they lighten some buildings in NYC at night. There are bold mix of colors which give these buildings a totally different personality at night.

Scott: The tilt is somewhat experimental. I usually never do this but I saw a lot of folks doing it here over the past few months so I decided to give it a try.

jar_e: I'd rather simply crop the base of the picture but I appreciate your suggestion.

Exposure time was perfect.I have done some nightlight shooting and fluorescent lights are very tricky.You have done a great job especialy considering the camera being handheld.I like the tilt and the blackness around the tower, it lights up the photo.
