From PBR Built Ford Tough tour, Tacoma Dome, WA 3-19/3-20.. Taken with digital Canon Rebel, and a Sigma 300mm telephoto.. Indoor lighting was horrible, so there is alot of blur. Although I don't think you can quite capture the essense of a cowboy getting ground into the dirt in any other way. LOL. You need to see some action I think... I wish these had turned out alot better.. But with crappy indoor stadium lighting and a telephoto.. I wasn't able to do much.. :(

Very nice! I think the first one is my favorite because everything has motion blur apart from the bull's head. I would never go to a rodeo just to go but given the opportunity I'd love to for photo purposes. I did that at a big dog show last year. It turned out to be just like the movie "best of show".

I've always been a closet redneck. lol. I love rodeos.. I spent 120 dollars just on a shirt and a hat to wear to that one. LOL. *freak* It was great though.. I probably wouldn't of been as jazzed if I hadn't had the new Telephoto and semi new camera to take, and really looked foreward to taking some pictures.. I got some great portraits, but haven't gotten around to finishing those yet.. But yeah, Dog shows really are crazy. My mother used to show dogs and horses. They're crazy people.
